The poker room, which features live dealers, has a total of 10 tables. Games will include $1 - $2 No-Limit Hold’em, $2 - $5 No Limit Hold’em, $3 - $6 Limit Hold’em and $1 - $2 Pot Limit Omaha. Chief Operating Officer Frank Freedman said guests have routinely asked for live poker tables. “Now that it’s ready, it’s surpassed our expectations. For fans of the game, the addition of the Poker Room offers something for everyone.” According to Freedman, poker table games with live dealers fall under the same Class II gaming classification currently offered at Four Winds South Bend.

One lucky guest fromBenton Harbor, Michigan took 50% of the payout, winning $83,013.10. Theremainder of the jackpot was split among the other players at the table. Theplayers requested to be anonymous, but come from Baroda, Mich.; Wakarusa,Mishawaka, Fort Wayne and Springport, Indiana; Horizon, Texas; and Cedar City,Utah.
A Bad Beat jackpot is a prize that ispaid when four of a kind gets beaten by ahigher four of a kind.
